I received my package and the bag was ripped. The makeup and the brush are missing, along with the lip gloss. I need you to respond to this message or I will cancel this order.

Unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges monthly. Then discontinued service and monthly charges continue.
This company is a real scam. Plus the makeup broke my face out.

My eyes swelled up and were blood red after one use of LG. I followed directions, applied cosmetics after cleansing my face, my eyes started itching and stinging about 3 hours of applying, by the time I could return home my eyes were red and matted.
I immediately washed off the makeup, place a cool compress to my eyes.
Today after waking, my eyes are extremely puffy, blood red and scratchy. Using the the makeup was the Only change in my routine.

Verified Buyer |I am not satisfied with the kit I received, it doesn’t look like baked makeup at all. I tried it and am not happy with my products. Also I want to talk to someone Customer Service?? You are impossibl.
The kit I received looks like some cheap makeup and doesnt look baked at all,very dry and powdery. I did try reaching out however it is impossible to get in contact with Customer Service. I would appreciate someone contacting me to help me rectify this matter, Thank you Lisa Keene

I was given a phone number by pissed site. This number is not in service when I called which was the message I got.
I am no closer to finding my lost package than when I started.
Also when I was trying to resolve the issue within the LG system the system was faulty. It wouldnt accept my e-mail address.
Have emailed them numerous times and cannot get them to respond!
Need a reply to my emails They deposited my refund to a card that had expired. I have tried to give them my new card number by email and get no reply. I would appreciate a reply by email.
I’ve tried to order the product on their website now for three days to no avail!
Customer service not helpful. the website has problems constantly so you cant even really order and then you come back and do it again it does the same thing even after you clear your cash and cookies, still crashes and the heck with trying to get the product

I have been waiting since April 4th to get any shipping information from the company. The shipping company has yet to receive the package from Laura Geller, and I'm getting the same automated email from the company.
They say there is a live chat on the website; there is no such thing. They no longer have customer service representatives, but they have processed payment, and here I am with nothing!
I will never order directly from them ever again! I love the products, but I'll stick with QVC to order.

Today I tried Laura Geller makeup for the first time. I like the primer and love the mascara, however, this makeup makes my skin feel as if it is burning.
After application, I did not look anything like the ladies in your tutorials. My sister and my Mother love Laura Geller.
My best friend hates it. I would like to return everything except the primer and the mascara for a full refund please.

I bought some makeup for my wife for $80 and change and I and I continue to be billed every month $16 and change I wanted to stop please respond. My account has been billed $16 in change for the last 3 or 4 months I don't understand why I wanted to stop

I am getting charged twice for the same purchase?
I tried to call but nobody answered! I would really like to talk to a person to get this resolved!!!
Within a months time my credit card has been charged twice for &16.95. This was for a lipstick that I ordered. I was charged right after I ordered it.
The lipstick finally came in my mailbox yesterday and another charge for $16.95 was made to my credit card also yesterday. So I have been charged twice for the same lipstick I just received.
