Payment problems
- - Fraud alert on card; cancellation and new card on pay bill page; payments still fail.
- - Wants a text today to pay the balance; says AFFIRM hasn't helped.
I ordered makeup from your company. I used the 4 payment method with AFFIRM.
The credit card i used had a fraud alert on card. I had to cancel card. I put new credit card on the page where it says pay bill. I saved card.
I tried to pay bill numerous times. I've sent several emails to affirm. No help. Im VERY VERY UPSET.
I don't know what to do. Can someone text me today from your company so I can pay balance on my outstanding bill? Please text me. 502 536 ****.
I do not answer unknown phone numbers. I NEED HELP!!! My credit score will be affected by this.

i had hours of chatting with customer service which they were ALL over the place,knowledge of things was awlful,, no email or phone - just chat which at times is with a "robot" which I HATE so many emails with numerous discounts. Came up on my order free shipping for first time custmers but they had no idea what I was talking about.
Kept telling me code extra 15% but I said I know there are others as I got so many emails. Then she said 30% off - I put that in and did take off. I think she was calling me a liar about the free shipping yet it said right on my order page for first time customers. I asked to get a call to talk to someone but told me they don't have a phone.
After I put in credit card infor. but did NOT Place Order yet. Yet the site placed anyway. I chatted about that.
I did not want any more interaction so I said will try and then return. Aske about the return policy Said 30 days after receive.
Made a comment about in resalable condition. I asked her if they resale products people try no answer.

I just want to get my order delivered, and I can't talk to anyone to get this taken care of. My order was not delivered because the building was locked.
I paid a lot of money to get these products; now I just want the products delivered.
I've tried reaching out to them, but I get no response. I'm running out of my product.

I never received my order. I have called 5 times, texted, etc., but to no avail.
Either send me my product or give me a refund. This is the worst customer service ever, and UniUni shipping is not to be trusted. Where is my order? Any good company would overnight a new order immediately when a customer did not receive their order after multiple delivery dates, calls, and confusion.
Products or refund, people. This sucks.

Order placed Jan 26: 2026 As of 2/16/26 have not received order.
I think that is why you get free shipping, they ship it on “slow boat to China”. I have waited longer than two weeks, from Laura Gellar’s website.
