Customer service not helpful. the website has problems constantly so you cant even really order and then you come back and do it again it does the same thing even after you clear your cash and cookies, still crashes and the heck with trying to get the product

Unable to talk to someone on the phone no phone wine available. Only way to reach them is through email or chat. Got disconnected in process. Tried to reconnect start all over. Offer promo then told order was placed one day too late. Will not honor. I thought order was placed the day. I received the email notice of the offer.
