I ordered an age appropriate powdered porcelain and received it. Put it on my counter in the bathroom vanity section to use.

I was shocked to see the product under the plastic bubbles. Couldnt use it and tried to get it replaced. Chat wise. They want you to pay $5 for a return or replacement ; to even ask for the replacement.

Heres a picture of what they, Laura Geller sent me. It was totally cracked and couldnt be used by any brush!!!

They said they do not have anything to do with the products when ordered off of Facebook. I feel this is a scam!

The product looked used and was colors I could never use. I am white, and the products are so dark.

After 3 live chats which took hours, six disconnected or unavailable "at this time" 800 numbers, contacting my bank, along with the disconnected 800 number to the shipper, finally LG credited my bank. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LAURA GELLER again.

While the product is great, something is very wrong with that company. I get between five & six texts and the same amount of emails with information about products and discounts. How can a company have six 800 numbers and all be unuseable???? DON'T ORDER FROM LAURA GELLER.

Their makeup is wonderful, but they fail at customer service. However, they very happily charge your account and when you question via live chat only why your product is not arriving, they stall you with a million excuses which you believe in the beginning.

Then you get smart and realize everything they are telling you is rubbish. It's beyond ridiculous.

I've had two order numbers assigned. I was able to track order in beginning.

Now I have no ability to do that. There are six (6) phone numbers to contact LG - all are out of order. The only way to get help is through a CHAT forum is exceptionally time consuming. Charged me for the order.

I still don't have the order. They can't tell me when I'll get the order. It's in a shipping delay in their Chicago facility. There is no timeframe as to when the delay will be resolved.

Won't order from them ever again.

Hours and hours of trying to resolve this issue. Not worth my time or energy.

The Geller Makeup company is notorious for being indefinitely late w all their orders made directly through the company. Be patient, I can almost positively assure you your order will eventually arrive.

For future order fulfilment? May I suggest purchasing off of Amazon for a more timely period of shipment arrival. But I can promise you that your order will arrive,.

Try 'not to make such a fuss & just next time you order anything from anywhere? Make a point to read reviews dating back at least a year on any issues you wish to confirm no problems prior to your order.

Don't order on line, buy products at the store

I heard from a friend that the makeup is fantastic. I ordered for the first time.

I paid a small fee to have it shipped and receive it in 1-4 business days. It took 7 days for me to get it. (Weather was not an issue.) I was missing the one item that I really wanted to try. They told me that they were out of the eye shadows that I really wanted at such a great price.

No communication from them. They only sent the other items I ordered. I did get a refund; however, it took a long time messaging back and forth for me to get it. There is no phone number to talk to them.

I haven't tried the products yet, but I'm sure I'll love them.

I will not order online anymore. I should not have spent so much time requesting a refund!

Haven't received my order

I can't speak to a live person. I tried 'chat with an expert,' but did not get my question answered.

I've tried multiple times to track my package but cannot even find out how it's being sent.

I received a message on May 3rd that my package is on its way. That was eight days ago.

I didn’t get any help from customer service I ordered make up they took the money out of my account for $24.71 on April 30 today is May 19. I haven’t received any make up at all which I love her make up.

I don’t believe they have good customer service but I have yet to receive the make up or refund. I even sent an email no response very unhappy next time. I would just go buy it at the store so make sure I get it.

This is awful. I’m gonna fix income and $24.71 is a lot of money to me I preferred how to make up but if I can’t get it, I need that $24 desperately very unhappy.
