Free product email
You send me emails thanking me for ordering and saying I can get a free lip balm or something, and every time I click 'click here,' it says it can't open it.

I cannot get any answers, just automated responses! And it's the same response! I did not like the product, and I have been trying to return it for a full refund, but all I'm getting are automated responses!

User's recommendation: If you buy something and it’s not a good fit for you do not plan on getting a refund because it’s a lie when they say it’s 100% guaranteed for refund or credit, oh you will get a credit but they will not refund you your money back!

Billing issue
I ordered a shade of foundation this morning. That was suppose to be a trial at 0.00 dollars for 14 days.
The money is showing pending out of my account just now.
You have made it so I now need to go to the bank to deposit money so my account does not bounce. I did a chat and they assured me the money wasn't taken but to call my bank.
I just hung up with my bank and the money will be taken out at midnight. So 2 week trial is an absolute lie

I just noticed recurring charges on my credit card since Feb 20, 2025. I email them and no help.
I went onto the Instagram account and found a phone number 800-625-**** and that is out of service.
Wow, this really makes you lose faith in this company. I certainly hope they get back to us .
